Biography
Michael Becker serves as Director of Legislative Affairs at Navigators Global, where he supports the firm’s government relations and issues management practices, with a particular focus on the firm’s defense and homeland security portfolio.
In this role, Mr. Becker conducts legislative and policy research, monitors congressional and executive branch activity, and supports engagement with policymakers on issues related to national security, defense, homeland security, emerging technology, and federal appropriations.
Mr. Becker is also a participant in the Center for Homeland Defense and Security’s Emergence Program at the Naval Postgraduate School. He is a graduate of American University’s School of International Service, where he studied international relations and Arabic and spent a semester studying abroad in Amman, Jordan.
