Sevastian Horton is Director of Legislative Affairs at Navigators Global, where he advises clients on federal policy and legislative strategy. Mr. Horton’s portfolio spans energy, healthcare, emerging technology, critical minerals, and trade.

Before joining Navigators, he worked at the American Hotel & Lodging Association and in the office of Congresswoman Maria Elvira Salazar. Mr. Horton holds a B.A. in Communications, Legal Institutions, Economics, and Government and an M.A. in Political Communication, both from American University.
