Navigators Global Announces Aaron Davis as Vice President, Risk and Resilience

The longtime Hill and FEMA alum joins the firm’s growing risk and resilience practice

WASHINGTON, DC – Navigators Global is pleased to announce Aaron Davis has joined the firm as a Vice President, where he will help advance client goals and interests surrounding disaster and climate risk, mitigation and safety, and emergency management, among other related areas, as part of the firm’s growing risk and resilience practice.

Davis joins Navigators from the International Code Council, where he led engagement and advocacy on federal policy and legislative efforts tied to disaster mitigation and resilience, building safety, and energy efficiency. Davis also carries years of experience on Capitol Hill and in federal government, most recently serving as Majority Staff Director before and during the COVID pandemic for the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure’s subcommittee with jurisdiction over FEMA, and several other agencies.
